if you want to PIP I just upload my photos to tinypic.com and after I resize it I save it and copy and paste. I find that to work easiet for me. if you want it in your siggy just use the html code you get from tinypic and put it in your siggy!

 I do want to PIP-- so I have uploaded my picture to tinypic.com, I have picked the size I want. If I copy that pic, where do I paste it?

I am normally not too bad at stuff like this... but I can't get this picture thing down.
