So before I was pregnant, I was using a face wash and astringent with salicylic acid in them. Since then, I switched to using Cetaphil. My face hasn't been bad, but I've had a few small breakouts which I didn't have when I was using the other stuff. So what is everyone else using since we aren't supposed to be using certain products?
Re: What's everyone using for face wash?
I use Cetaphil too- I guess it's okay but I liked my other stuff because it also took off my eye makeup
NBR: I've got a dog named Parker too ... very cute!
After 2 years, Injects, PCOS diagnosis and 2 IUI's, we were blessed with our beautiful twin girls!
Baby Girl #3!
Burts Bees. Love it. It's always what I used prepregnancy.
My Dr. did SA was okay as long it was OTC and 2% or less SA. He said the issue was with RX stuff or anything oral.
I use Philosophy's Purity Made simple. I was using cetaphil moistrizer but it isn't enough anymore. So I using straight jojoba oil and I bought some eucerin cream to use on my really dry patches. Pregnancy has made my skin SUPER dry and also caused me to have eczema in a few spots on my face. It is hot.
Oh, and I am probably the only person in the history of the world who had a horrible reaction to cetaphil cleanser. It made my skin burn like crazy and caused a nasty rash. Not good.
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

I use Belli made for pregnant women....

Hahaha I use coco butter to moisturize too! It doesn't make my face feel oily like some moisturizers do!
For face wash I use Mary Kay Time Wise normal to dry and then Nuetragena alcohol free toner. I know they say using the same brand of products are better becuase they were made to go together, but I like my combination of three totally different products!
Cetaphil at night
I alternate between Aveeno Daily Scrub and Aveeno Foaming cleaner with salicylic acid, in the morning.
I use pan-oxyl soap with salicyic acid in it. Yes, bad I know but I'm not paranoid.
I use it on my chest and face 2-3x a week in the shower.
I use bio-oil (oil-based moisturizer) when I get out of the shower on my face because I have dry skin.
I asked my MK lady a few weeks ago--the only products that contain the ingredients that are possibly harmful are the Velocity products. Everything else should be fine!
