Need NHT size help.

So my MT quest continues.  I am thinking about buying a NHT but it's a standard size.  Is that going to be way to big for my 5 month old?  I can't find a baby one that I like.

    Yeah, it would be huge. It's truly a toddler size mei tai. I got one when Ari was just over a year old & can still barely do a non-apron waist without swallowing him up. He could barely ride arms out with the waist rolled before he was 15 months.

    It's an awesome mei tai though, definitely get one when your LO is bigger or keep searching for  a BHT.

    I knew you were going to say that..lol

    Sigh.  Maybe I will just buck it up and get a Babyhawk for now.  I have been stalking TBW for days and can't find anything I even remotely like in the appropriate size.

    I need to learn patience..lol

    I disagree. I started using a NHT when DD was 6mos, but even at age 3 she's not an arms out kind of gal so that was never an issue.

    In the beginning I would roll the waistband.
