Clean rinsing detergents

These can't be used in communal washers, right?  What are some of the detergents that fit this description? 

Is Planet clean rinsing?  Country Save?  I just want to make sure the next detergent I buy doesn't strip off everyone else's detergent and put it on my dipes.

Rockin' Green can be used in a communal washer. I emailed CS to check. It's a clean rinsing formula.
