Vinegar BM smell. Normal?

I have a quick question. My LO's diapers have gotten a really strong odor lately. It isn't a regular bm smell. They smell really strong like vinegar. They are runny and bright yellow, which is somewhat normal. He is breastfed. Anyone experience this?

Yep. Sometimes my LO's diapers smell like butter, sometimes vinegar. Not sure why!

ya i get the buttered popcorn smell too

YES!!  I'm so glad I'm not the only one.  I thought that it was abnormal, but I guess not.  DS's pedi didn't seem too concerned either.

Liam's poop has always smelled like vinegar, he's also breastfed.
