Hello ladies - intro

Hi there - I've lurked and occassionally posted on this board but wanted to introduce myself. My daughter is 4 months old and we live in NYC. I'm still trying to figure out my parenting style (which I'm sure will change as she does!) but I definitely lean more towards AP than anything else.

Right now I'm working 3 days/week and DD is home with a nanny. To be honest I thought I would love being a SAHM but found I needed to get out and work to be the best mom I can be. I'm also not BFing due to low supply. I struggled through it for 3 months, seeing numerous LCs, doctors, trying herbs, meds, etc and in the end it just didn't work out. That has been my biggest disappoint and source of stress/guilt.

I look forward to learning more from all of you!

    Thanks! Never heard Emmalyn before but it's really pretty! And I love Isabella. I always wanted an Isabella but I had to go and marry a guy whose last name ends in -ella so it just didn't work :)
