DH is a shrink and works really long hours at the moment so accidentally our AP has turned mommy centric. DH is concered about her developing an unhealthy attatchment to me I think it wont be a problem because shes not even 3mo old yet. I think I am doing great responding to her needs and cues and let her have her own space when she wants it (for all four minutes lol)

So is DH just getting all preachy for the psyc side? Or is there such a thing as too much attachement when they are little?

It's a shame your Dh has to be away from home for long hours, but would he have you not respond to your baby because he can't be there?
