Sores on bottoms of toes?

So I'm developing little red sores on the bottoms of my big toes, and it really hurts to stand on the foot, or walk around. I can't figure out what these are, they are not like blisters, just red and sore. I only have one or two at a time, usually on the bottom of the big toe. 

 

Does anyone know what they are? It's not like a general soreness of the feet, just a teeny pin-pointed area that hurts. (I'm asking you guys b/c my midwives aren't available in the evening, but I'll call them tomorrow.)

I usually get that after I spend a lot of time in the pool, or walking barefoot on rough surfaces. I have sore spots on my big toes right now, but I think it's from walking in shoes that have a rough sole. Maybe pregnancy makes even our toes sensitive?!

I had that awhile back and it ended up being a pimple. It could be that a pimple that isn't ready yet.
