I came across this name a few years back and just saw it again now.

I think it's a nice version of Noelle, but not too different.

I know a little girl named Noelia, pronounced no-elle-e-uh but said very smoothly (does that make since). I think it is really pretty, shes hispanic so not sure if its the hispanic version of Noelle or parents just did a version of Noel b/c she was born in December (today actually!)

That's what I thought. If I had a Noelle, I might casually call her Noellie.

It almost sounds like a name someone would post in a MUD post...sort of familiar, but made up.

I see the masculine name, Noel and the feminine suffix, IE, so it sounds like no lee...something you'd say to a misbehaving dog: "no, Lee, don't pee on the couch!"

I know a woman in her 40s named Noelia, also Hispanic.
