Ladies, I think we need to start a minority book club. One that reads Clockwork Orange, JT Leroy and for our fetishists some De Sade.
But for real ... if we're doing contemporary, popular lit - I would have liked to see "The Road" or "No Country For Old Men" or something of that type on there.

For a second there, I thought the last choice was "Clockwork Orange" and almost voted.
ditto.
Also, I bet Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is going to win... I've already read it so I didn't vote for it, but otherwise it's a good choice.
I think "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" is probably going to win too. I didn't vote for it either because I've already read it. (Atleast we can still participate in the discussion) If it does win and everybody likes it they should do the whole series. The next book is "The Girl Who Played With Fire" and "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest" It is a great choice, it was hard for me to put any of them down.

I vote for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
Unable to even.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.

That's a lot of books to pick from! lol I voted for House Rules, but I have a feeling Girl With a Dragon Tattoo will win. I haven't read it yet, so I wouldn't be disappointed.

Hooray! And I am sorry, but I am not into the "and Zombies" and "Sea Creatures" books, or whatever. But I am also not into the super girly books. (As I have said before, nothing about how this skanker is doing her bff's husband or anything like that.)

Neither am I, but it's the Pop Rocks equivalent of literature. You don't read it for anything more than distraction and brain candy.
OBH - Have you ready Lady Chatterly's Lover? It's awe.some.

No worries! I don't think it would have gotten enough votes
