How do I do a PIP?

Good morning ladies.  I was wondering how you put a picture in a post.  I want to post a bump pic but have no clue.  Thanks in advance.

    You need to upload your picture to tinypic.com, photobucket.com or another photo sharing site.  Then you can either copy and paste the image link into the post or copy the direct link into the "insert image" button that is in the Message tool bar (little picture of the tree, next to smiley face).
