Thank You and we survived!

I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you wonderful ladies, for your support on Friday night to get me through this wedding!

DD did great for her first sleep over at my parents and I had a pretty good time at the wedding.  DH was standing up, so I had to pass sometime while they did the picture thing. Luckily I hit it off with another girl who didn't know anybody, so we sat together at the church (her boyfriend was standing up) and then we went to Starbucks to pass the time between the chruch and reception.

We were also seated at the same table for the reception, thankfully.  However, a few of the other people at our table were very friendly and chatty.  And, the most random thing happened to me, so the one guy got a kick out of that.

They were serving the salads, and I hear a 'clink' so I look down and see this black thing on the side of my plate (not the salad plate but the other plate that is down that they put everything on) and think 'hm, olives don't clink and that doesn't look like an olive', so I pick it up, and the waitress lost a button from her vest. We were laughing quite hard.

All in all a fun night.  So, thanks again!
