FF says I ovulated. Opinions???

So, I haven't ovulated 1 time since I went off BCP a year ago.  I did 2 cycles of Clomid - no O and just did a cycle of Femara.  I went for an u/s last Friday (11/3) on CD 13 and was told I had 1 follie at 11 mm.  Usually, they've had me come back a few days later to check again but this time she said I didn't respond and that I needed to move to injectibles.  Over the weekend my ovaries felt like they were going to explode and my entire abdomen was sore.  I had EWCM starting on Sunday (I think).  I never get EWCM!  I went to acupuncture on Monday and he thought based on my symptoms that I could still ovulate.

I'm trying not to get excited but FF says I'm 3 dpo.  Would you ladies mind looking at my chart and telling me what you think?  It usually says "ovualtion - not detected".  I think it looks like I ovulated but really don't know what its even supposed to look like.  Does it look like I O'd?

Should I call my Dr and ask to have my progesterone tested next week?  I hate to waste my $$ but if Femara worked I want to know before I move to injectibles.

That's a tough one.  I think with one more high temp it'll move your ovulation forward one day...  if you input your CM it can give you a better interpretation, as well.

I agree to input your CM and that will help. The more factors the better. It's looking good though! GL!

Ladies, thanks for the input.  That makes perfect sense.  I was really counting this cycle out.  I almost quit temping after my u/s because I was so bummed.

Looks like you ovulated to me  It is difficult to pinpoint the exact date because of the gradual temp rise- mine has a tendency to do that too and it makes pinpointing O a little tougher.  I bet you can get close using your temps, CM and your O pain though.  GL

Wow!  You were right.  My O date moved to Wednesday after I added this morning.  Thanks so much for the info. 

Just knowing I might of O'd gives me hope!

Looks like you o'd :-) I just did a cycle with clomid and had no EWCM. I mentioned this to the dr, she said this was normal. If this IUI does not work we will be trying something like clomid (forgot the name). Good luck!!

It's probably Femara.  It seems to work similar to Clomid but I had less s/e with Femara.  My Dr doesn't usually prescibe it but after reading about it here I asked to try it.  Glad I did now!  I don't even care if I get a BFN this cycle this is still progress.  I guess I'm in my first 2 ww.  That's exciting!  I'll definitely have my 7 dpo b/w next week to confirm.
