Can kegels cause spotting??

I just saw my baby last night, and it was waving its little arms and legs wildly--it was so cute!  I could even make out the fingers at one point!

About an hour ago, I went to the bathroom, and there was some blood on my underwear.  I am really panicking now that I've become attached the the little bugger...it really looked like a baby yesterday.

Today I had to move (push) some wood risers that were pretty heavy, and I've been doing a lot of kegels lately.  These are the only things I can think of that might lead to spotting.  It is possible that the kegels are pushing out some old blood?  What do you ladies think?     

I have had some twinges this afternoon/evening, but I wouldn't really call it "cramping."

I don't have anything definitive other than it sounds like you have been overdoing it a little, but I LOVE that you could see her (Yup, I think 'her') little fingers.

  Ever since we saw the baby yesterday, my husband and I have both been feeling like it's a boy.  I have no idea why.  I will be thrilled if it's a girl, though!

I would be more worried about the heavy lifting. I, too, have been doing lots of kegels as I'm scared of losing all control of my bladder in the next few months. Take it easy this weekend!!
