I just got our Christmas cards from Shutterfly. The inside is great, but the front photo is TERRIBLE. The reds are way out of balance and my poor baby looks positively ill. She's pink! Even the little wet spot on her white shirt which I didn't think was awful showed up in pink. This was definitely not how the picture looked when we had our prints made from the photographer and it's not how the preview image looks.
They are doing a reprint of the order, but A) how can I be sure they are going to fix the problem?
It arrives "between the 17th and 22nd" but we leave for out of town on the 17th.
Please...someone tell me they are going to take care of this. Would you order a new batch from another company at this point?
Re: Need reassurance...
1. Breathe
2. I wouldn't worry too much about them. Worse case scenario, they become Holiday cards that are received before New Years.
3. I would call them back and demand they send them overnight or expediated for their mistake.
