I'm not sure if it's just getting older, but lately about an hour before lunch every few days I get nauseous. I'm thinking it's my huge Dunkin Donuts coffee I drink in the morning. No, I'm not pregnant-this has happened the poast couple months. I'm wondering if anyone else has felt this way.
Re: Does too much coffee make you nauseous?
Coffee robs your body of iron, calcium and other important minerals. So if you're low any of these, you might get that icky feeling.
I have low iron. Anytime I drink coffee, I get nauseous.
I'm hypoglycemic and when my blood sugar gets low, I get nauseous and cranky and dizzy and lightheaded. I pretty much go from feeling fine and not hungry at all to feeling like crap in a matter of minutes.
Could you keep something like nuts at your desk (or wherever you are) to snack on when you start feeling nauseous?
