We were planning on going to the aquarium tomorrow but just realized they don't allow strollers.  It would be me, DH, stepkids ages 14 and 9, the 2 year old and the 3 month old.  She's too chunky to wear so we'd carry her for 3+ hours.

if it were me... nope. I would find another way to make memories that wouldn't result in my being sore, tired, and probably grumpy

If you can't wear her, no. We went to the mall the other day and realized we forgot the stroller. We were only there for 30 minutes and shared carrying her and it was nice to be back in the car :-)

I don't understand why you can't wear her?  Slings/wraps can be used with chunky babies.

This. Or at least a baby bjorn or similiar carrier.

This.  Even DD #1 is still technically under the weight limit for a few of my carriers.
