Stains from diaper rash cream?

I bought some XS BG 3.0s from a lady on DS. They are in great shape, except one of them has a stain from diaper rash cream. How do I get rid of it? I don't want it to interfere with absorbability.

If it wasn't a CD-friendly cream then you've gotta strip it. If it was, and it's just a stain, try sunning the diaper.
