How are you?  How was your first week back at work?  I've been thinking of you and how it went.  I'm anxious to go back - I'm looking forward to adult interaction with my coworkers (they are a great bunch), but I know I'm going to miss Elise since I miss her when I go run errands without her.

How has it been for you?  Was it easier this time or more difficult?
