Patiently awaiting my drugs

So, I've been sick since Saturday. I get this nasty cold/cough every winter that just lasts and lasts. I went to my doc on Monday and she is super conservative and would only give me an albuterol inhaler and not anitbiotics. (She always this conservative, not just because I'm pregnant) It's just very frustating because we go through this every year when I get this bug! Well, here were are at Thursday, not feeling any better (acutally worse) and have been out of work 3 out of 4 days of work this week so far (time i really want to use for maternity leave)! Called the office this morning and talked to the nurse who was going to ask my doc for z-pack and prednisone inhaler.I've aksed my OB and I know I can take them both. Now just waiting for the doc to approve it which she better because I can't take this much longer.

Thanks for listening girls. I'm just such a baby when I'm sick and DH is tired of listening me complain.

I'm a baby when I'm sick too.  I don't know how I've managed to avoid catching anything so far because I've been around so many sick people, but I'm thanking my lucky stars. I feel your pain though, and hubby should be happy to listen to you complain and thanking his lucky stars he's no the one who is preggo and sick.  That's what I tell my husband everytime he rolls his eyes
