TTC After a Loss

Well, at least the POM worked

I drank 96 ounces of POM last cycle. (8 oz per day, pre-O)

My cycle before that was three days, with only one day of real bleeding and two of light/spotting.  Which is why I started the POM.

This cycle (first AF post-POM) my period has lasted for seven(!) days -- one really heavy bleeding, three medium days, a light day, and now two days of spotting.

I think it is safe to say the POM did the trick.  Or I'm just a freak who won't stop bleeding.  Wink

  • That's interesting.  Others have said the same, but I drank 8 oz of POM a day for three weeks last cycle and my AF was no different than usual.  I'm glad it seems to be working for you.

  • I took the POM pills last cycle and I for sure noticed a difference in AF.  Mine wasn't longer than normal, but it was more than usual.  Kind of sad that most women would kill for a 2 day super light cycle and here we are cheering for 4 or 5 days with good flow.

I agree.  Its so funny how TTC completely changes your perspective on things.

  • I experienced the same thing. I wasn't expecting AF to be so long, I guess I was just expecting for it to be heavier.

I have to say, I was a little tired of the light flow/spotting by the end.
