OMG, this is hard. I had no idea how many and how often you are supposed to do them. I'm going to suck at keeping up with this!
Me neither, and I didn't realize how long 10 seconds was. I think even if you get one set in a day, it's better than nothing. Five seems a little extreme. But I will try to give reminders daily.
Since we have to do it five times a day, we all should just randomly post a kegel topic if we don't see one on the page already,
Wherever I read about them said to start by holding for just 3 seconds, then work up from there. I was happy I had worked up to 5 seconds, I had no idea I was supposed to be doing 10 seconds! Also, I remember to do them maybe once a week. I thought about putting a reminder on my work Outlook calendar, but I share it with my boss, so I guess I shouldn't put "Remember to do your Kegel exercises!" on there.

That makes sense to work up to 10 seconds.
Also, I think it would be fantastic to put that in your outlook haha. Kegels are good for everyone!

20 times, 5 times a day. That's so much! I know you can do them while you're sitting at the computer, but it's so hard to remember.
