How the heck to you add photos to your posts?

First I upload the picture to photobucket (some people use tinypic.com).  Then I take the direct link code and copy it.  On here, I click on the little picture of the tree in the tool bar above where you type your message and paste the link in there. You can adjust the size in there too.
