I try to remember but I'm really sucking at it. I just read on fitpregnancy that you should do 20 reps, five times a day. And you hold each one 10 seconds.
Kegels were the very first piece of advise I was given by a friend w/ 3 of her own LO's. But, honestly? I was doing them even before then since reading that they can be of use in the bedroom as well There have definitely been a few times I've been thankful for the practice since baby
LOL every time I read the word kegels I internally say "oh shlt" and then do them...but not consistently. Also found it easier to do and count to ten if I do them while peeing :P

I think I read you shouldn't do them while peeing--its just a movement like you are stopping your pee.
Anyway, I never remember!! Someone should just make a post everyday that says--KEGELS! Maybe I will start it!
