How long to get pictures and cards from photographer?

We had professional family photos taken at the end of October.   I'm still waiting for our album.   At the shoot, she told us that she had a special on Christmas cards and would email me about it, but she never did. 

I emailed the photographer about Christmas cards around the 2nd week of November and she designed some options for me and I ordered them about 2 weeks ago.    I usually send my cards out early since the rest of the month is super busy.  I'm just wondering how long I should give her before following up on the cards (and my album)?

On an album I would say 6-8 weeks, but if she was havinga  Christmas special, I would assume I would get them quick enough to send them out in time for Christmas.  I would call and check on things.

I would start bugging her every couple of days on both until you get what you ordered.
