oh wait - I can't nap at work. Ugh! Long day. If anyone has any suggestions for an energy boost let me know. My normal caffeine run is out of the question.
I feel you! I still have my morning caffeine though...and I find that helps GREATLY. I cut caffeine out completely during my first pregnancy and the withdrawal literally made me sick. I decided I was NOT going to put myself through that this time! I just limit my intake now.
Today, it was the worst it's been yet. It didn't help that I was administering the same boring test to 3 students today. But I just wanted to fall asleep at my desk instead of getting work done. Taking a little walk helped. But it didn't make it go away totally.
I'm right there with you on that one!! I am exhausted just going up a flight of stairs these days I need a natural energy boost as well so any suggestions are welcome!
