re-heating food

how many times can you reheat the same food?

DH cooked chicken & pasta this afternoon for lunch and i reheated the container w/ looking to see how full it was.  it was much more than the LOs could eat for dinner.  can put it back in the container an dthe the fridge again for LOs lunch tomorrow?

Reheating doesn't make food inedible, just unappetizing. So if it still looks yummy, then you're good to go.

I'm sure its fine. I usually go with the 3-5 day rule on leftovers - after 5 days it goes.
