This soup is incredibly easy and absolutely delicious. It would be awesome with a protein added, like lump crab or shredded chicken.

Corn Chowder with Chiles

 I used frozen corn and it was awesome - I can only imagine how much better it would be with fresh corn!

That sounds delish.  Adding to my menu plan to have soon.  I really like the idea of throwing some lump crabmeat into it.

Mmmm....that's similar to the Real Simple recipe I use.  Love it and am now craving a bowl!
