My parents kept DS this weekend and I went to pick him up the afternoon & my mom showed me a video they took at the park. He climbed up the stairs and went down the slide all by himself for the 1st time. Then she said, Oh, and look at video. It was one of him at 4 months old with a case of the hiccups. So sweet! Where did last year go??

I'm in the same boat. I have not been strong enough to leave DS alone with my parents (just for that reason of missing a milestone, granted the little stinker will probably stand up and start walking right when I do let them babysit). You'll have many milestones to witness. At least it's not his behind the wheel exam. I'm already nervous about that LMAO. Although I've got a long while to wait.
