I really appreciate all the advice I've gotten here, please bear with me.

I think we're leaning towards Nora/Norah.  However the big question - is it too similar to Isla?

Sarah (3 girls including me seems like alot of 'ah' ending sounds in our family if we do go with Nora).

Isla is on our list and I love it so much!!! I think Nora would be a perfect sibling name for Isla! Don't even worry about -a endings. They're common girls, so it shouldn't be an issue.
