What do you eat for breakfast?

I am currently eating a 1/2 grapefruit and a Special K cereal bar for breakfast, but wanted other ideas. What do you normally eat?

  • I need protein in the morning so I usually have 1 cup of NF greek yogurt (usually Fage or Tj's brand) with 1 -2 tsp sugar and some frozen berries. Or I'll have a small whole grain bagel with a morningstar veggie sausage patty toasted up with a little lf cheese. I try for some carbs with a chunk of protein to keep me full until snack or lunch.

  • I typically eat cereal everyday, something with lots of fiber, so Fiber One, plain bran flakes, or Raisin Bran.

  • I don't have a ton of time in the morning, so I eat a piece of whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter and a glass of milk. On the weekends I eat steel cut oats. Both are borning, but I feel like they are pretty healthy. Smile

  • I either eat Honey Nut Cheerios and milk (the nutrition content of which is dubious, I'll admit) or yogurt and fruit.

  • English muffin with peanut butter and half a banana or a bagel thin with egg and cheese

  • i've been having one egg - free range, with omega 3s, etc...glass of OJ with calcium and soy milk with DHA and calcium
  • currently rice cakes and a little soda. I was so nausea last night and this morning. Usually cereal or oatmeal with blueberries. I have a snack around 10:30 which is yogurt
  • I am a cereal person- most days I have that, but on the weekends I may have 2 scrambled eggs and toast or an English muffin.  I may switch the cereal up with oatmeal.  Nothing too fancy!

    I tried to eat an egg yesterday, and got really nauseous from it. However--these other ideas seem tasty. Thanks, ladies!

  • I either eat a bagel with whipped cream cheese, cereal but right now I am making bacon oatmeal and biscuits for brunch lol. We woke up late today :)
  • my go to breakfast is whole wheat toast with all natural peanut butter and a big glass of OJ
  • bowl of gluten free cereal with a banana cut up in it with soy milk.  I have to eat gluten free and I am lactose intolerant so I just find something that works and stick with it.
