UTI??

I've been having sort of a dull, aching pain lately and it's not cramp related because it seems to be lower. The pain is whenever I'm walking or moving around, but it doesn't hurt to pee or sit and it's not unbearable. I know that it's normal to be extra sensitive in the vaginal area around the second trimester (I'm 22 weeks), but is it possible that this is a UTI? Should I be concerned and get it checked out or just scratch it up to pregnancy and see if it goes away? It doesn't seem to be getting worse or better and it's been going on for about a week. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Get it checked out.  I had a UTI and didn't have the typical burn while peeing or backache just moved into a fever.  It was really scary don't let this go.
