Diaper cream?

Do you use a diaper cream with your CDs? DD is prone to rashes and I was looking for a CD safe diaper rash cream. Has anyone ever used Grandma Els?

I have used Earth Mama Angel Baby balm with great success. DS has never had a full out rash, but it's great when ever he gets a few red spot here and there.
