When you wear your LO . .

I have seen many of you post that you wear LO when you grocery shop.  It is so cold here, how do you get LO from the car to the store and keep them warm?? For some reason, I cannot logically come up with a way to get DD from the car, into the store and then into her baby bjorn all while keeping her warm!

I'm sorta wondering the same.  And it seems like a giant pita to take a baby out of the infant seat instead of just carrying the seat in somewhere.  I also wanna start wearing DS cuz I need to keep DD in the cart or a stroller while we are out.  Right now, I have DH's help with her, but he's going back to work soon!  I'm interested to see what others say...

This exactly! I put him in his carrier then cover him with a blanket.

I always put her in the Ergo before we get out ofh the van or truck. Another thing I love about my Ergo is they are all snuggled up in there I don't have to worry about her being cold.

I sit in the back seat with him so its no big deal for me to take him out of his carseat and into the infantino, then I just wrap a blanket all around him and pace quickly to the store=)

I have a big ski jacket that I can pull mostly around the Bjorn so that's what I do when we go out for walks.

Same.  I have a Kelty Kangaroo.  After I put it on, I put on one of DH's coats and zip it up around the two of us (stopping before LO's head).  Between our body heat & the coat, we are toasty.

I bought a fleece coat a size or two too big, and will zip this up over LO, and pop a hat over his head, and he stays perfectly toasty no matter how cold it is.
