I get it on and off. Sometimes it feels like actual cramps, sometimes it just feels like the actual joints are growing or the pelvic bone is expanding. It's weird.
I've had some definite cramping for two days straight now. It feels like mild menstrual cramps. I haven't had any spotting the entire pregnancy, so the cramping hasn't concerned my doctor or midwives. Apparently it can be a sign of not drinking enough water, but I'm fairly hydrated so I just chalk it up to "growing pains."

I'm not there yet, but my SIL is over 22 weeks and I've heard her talking about cramping off and on. She always attributes it to growing pains...as soon as she feels it she says "oh, making more room for baby!"
