I just received 2 HH's that I ordered! Yay! They seem so....thin though. They also didn't come w an insert. Is that normal??

Usually when you buy from discount sites like that, the insert isn't included.

Right, they didn't include one.  I remember early that day, it was silent as to inserts but when I went back in the afternoon they had written in big letters across the page that the insert was not included...
