BG question from a newbie

Hi ladies! First- I apologize in advance for my newbie question. My DD is 5 months and we are wanting to switch to CDing (I know- I'm a late bloomer! lol)

Totally dumb question but you wash the actual diaper after each use (including the insert)? For some reason I thought just the insert was washed but we got a Bumgenius one-size to try and realized that we probably have to wash both parts.

That being said- how many do you have in your stash if you plan to wash them every 2-3 days?

    I just did some more sleuthing and found the CD FAQ link provided by Dr. Loretta!  Thanks for the quick and easy info.  Wink

    If you are looking for a diaper where you can change the insert and keep using the cover there are alot of options for that. BG Flip, Best Bottoms, GroVia, gDiapers are a few. You still need to wash the covers, but usually not with every diaper change.
