I have had it.  My patience is getting thinner and I'm getting angry easier.  I need to do this.  I just wish people I knew here saw a psychologist so I could get a referral.

Anyway, I hope I can get started working through this soon.  ::sigh::

I apparently have to call the "mental health" phone number so they can tell me that, yes, I should see one and to give me a list of names.  

Insurance can be great, but a pita!
