Appropriate or Inappropriate for Holiday Card/Birth Announcements?

I'm in the process of ordering holiday Card/Birth Announcements and my son had a photo shoot where there are pictures of him naked all curled up and of course not showing his unmentionables. I wanted to use one of those photos, would a photo like that be inappropriate to include on the card?

I wouldn't think so, especially for a birth announcement. It's a baby, after all... And his stuff isn't on display. I think it would be quite cute if done right.

Is his butt crack showing? Is it on a postcard or where you going to put it in an envelope? If its a postcard you need to check with your post office and make sure they will mail it. I think it would be cute but some people really do get offended by stuff like that. So maybe you should ask yourself if you care if one person gets offended.

We sent announcements with a naked picture of LO, just her and a really cute hat.  Of course, you couldn't see her butt crack or vag because of how curled up she was.  It was adorable abd we got tons of compliments.  IMO, if someone is offended by a naked baby pic, they have issues.

No, I don't think so. We sent out Announcement/Holiday combined cards with DD curled up in her birthday suit with cute hats and one with angel wings on. I think if it isn't showing any of the goods, then it's a cute idea for announcements.
