So glad to FINALLY be back on the BUMP!

Hello everyone!  I am so glad to be back on the bump.  Somehow my account got changed (and not by me) and I had been emailing back and forth to the bump to try to get help with this because I was unable to access my account.  Every time I tried to log on it told me that my email and or password was not correct.  But I knew I was using the correct info.  Long story short, I am now FINALLY able to access everything again. YAY!  But it was extremely frustrating.  My first email to the bump asking for help was October 19th and today is my first day being able to log on.  They were VERY slow in responding to say the least.
