One more Cortina question....

I watched a youtube video demenstrating the features of the stroller and I realize that the foot rest should have 3 positions. Well, mine seems to only have one.

It only stays on the position where it goes all the way up (so that the baby doesn't fall out) and when I undo that it just kinda flaps down. It is just very flappy and wobbly. It certainly doesn't stay in the "middle" position like the video showed. I don't even know if you would call the "down" position down because it just flaps.

Am I missing something? To get it out of the "up" position I need to pull it out a bit and then it just flaps down. DH tried, BIL tried to get it to sit in the middle position or even to get a better grasp of the bottom position but not working.

Do I have a defective stroller?
