I was browsing the baby section and I saw the Avent Isis Duo Breast Pump. With DS I used the Medela Pump in style. But I was feeling the Avent pump and I thought that the breast pistons felt really nice and comfortable, and I liked the idea of the "petals" that helped to express more milk.
However, I was reading some reviews on it and there were a few women who were complaining that it wasn't comfortable/didn't work well for women who didn't have small nipples. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. I don't want to spend a ton of money on it and hate it.
Also, did any have the same issues with the Lansinoh duo electric pump. I have read that it also has the soft pistons, but I have not seen or felt it in real life.
TIA!
Re: Did anyone use the Avent Breastpump?
I used the Avent manual pump and loved it! It was as comfortable as a breast pump can be. I used another brand last time and it was torture!
The Avent worked very well. Ans since I use their bottles it made sense to have that paump. I am glad I did. I went manual because I read that it expressed more milk per sitting than the electric/battery one.
