Please recommend a good twin + toddler stroller ladies!

Hi guys although we plan to use the double snap and go for the first few months we obviously still need to get a good stroller. Ive browsed so many of them but I was hoping you some of you can recommend a double stroller with a sit and stand for my toddler? I'm completely clueless!  She barely rides in a stroller as of now bc she rather walk or be held, but I know when the boys are here and she sees them in one she's gonna want to sit in one as well! I'm also looking for one with a cup and tray option and one that is not super heavy! Thanks guys!

  • the valco trimode twin + toddler/joey seat is the best option - but is not light by far - it's heavy and hard to get in/out of a car... it's not an every day stroller. I have it and love it- but only use it for long days at the park/zoo, and used to bring it to the mall when i had to have DS1 in a stroller.

now he walks mostly - or stands on a hitchiker board - which you can strap on to most strollers... i'd just get a regular double + a hitch hiker board and have her ride on that.  The big joovy caboose = would fit all 3 but is HUGE and everyone hates it.

  • We got the City Mini and will use a hitchhiker board. If Katie wants to sit down in the stroller instead of riding on the back, I plan to wear one of the twins in my ergo. I don't see this happening that much as she doesn't use a stroller now.

We have the Valco Baby Trimode twin with toddler seat.  It can be a bit bulky (like we have the time/energy to remove the tires each time), but we have a minivan, so its not too big a deal unless we are going to Costco (but they have two-seat carts....so no stroller needed!  Usually someone wants to be carried, so the toddle seat goes under or in the car.  It is a bit much, but a used one should be totally in good condition (structure-wise)
