2 year molars?

Does your DC have his/her 2 year molars yet? Is 18 months too early to get them? DS has been horribly cranky for 2 weeks now. I don't know if it's his molars coming in or if he is just at the age where he is prone to throwing fits, being cliny, not eating, and having a hard time falling and staying asleep...

that does seem kind of young, but he's got his incisors already, it could be I guess. my DS is almost 21m and still working on his incisors.
