He's sick

Took our little Will to doctor last Wednesday (11/24) because of a cold.  The doctor said he was fine just a little cold - no fever, his ears looked good and his throat was fine.  He listened to his chest and said it sounded ok.  Doctor said to give it 10 days or if he starts running a fever to bring him back.  I've kept him in and let him sleep more than usual.  Also, I have a humidifier going on him at night.  It's only been a week but he still has a cough.  Any suggestions?

Warm bath, back patting, giving him more time at feedings because it is harder to breathe.....thats all i got.
