BG users I have a Q

So all of our diapers are prefolds/covers. And on black friday I did some online shopping and was supposed to win a hemp fitted, but they ran out or didnt have the right size or something so they sent me a one size BG with an insert instead.

So my question is, has anyone ever tried using BG as a cover with a prefold?  Because if that wont work then I am probably just going to sell it because I dont want to have just one diaper that I have to buy certain inserts for or only ever use once and then have to wash. Thanks.

You won't have to buy anything else for the BG.  It has everything you need with it.

Using it as a cover won't work because of the micro-fleece inside.

I LOVE our BG diapers! They are my fav for DD. I don't think it'll work as a cover but it's great for wearing out. But...if you do decide to sell it let me know. I'll be more than happy to take it off your hands.

You can also add a prefold with the insert in the pocket for extra protection at night.

I don't like the bulk of the BG inserts, so I stuff mine with either a prefold or a microfiber towel. I would give the diaper a try. You might end up liking it. If not, I am sure you can find someone on here that would buy it from you.
