Would you risk it?

I've REALLY missed my morning chai latte.  I only had one while on "vacation" and was hoping to have one this morning.  Only problem is... the only soymilk in the fridge has been opened for three weeks... maybe four.  It smells ok, but I don't know if soymilk changes smell when it goes bad...?  I'm slightly tempted to you regular milk, but the last time I had it with my chai, I didn't like it...

  • Wow, really?  Even on the container it says 7-10 days... And I assumed that was conservative!
