Knockoff pillow pets

Just bought a knockoff pillow pet at Homegoods, and totally thought it was the real thing until it was my turn in line. It was only 12.99 and i was so happy about scoring such a deal, but now I'm feeling a little dissappointed. I got the puppy version and happened to be in target afterward, and i could see the difference a little bit although I think they are both equally as soft. So this is sort of a PSA that they are there if anyone is interested, but also sort of a whiny rant. Would you consider buying a knockoff? I don't know for sure that DS will care for either!

    I got DD a knock off at one of those booths at the mall. It was a really cute duck and just as soft as the real ones. DD doesn't pay any attention to it so I'm glad I didn't shell out extra for the real deal.

    I didn't even buy a knockoff, I bought a giant caterpillar that will work great as a pillow. But to answer your question, yes, I would buy a knockoff. Why not?

    My daughter has two real Pillow Pets and one knock off for her first birthday. Yes, three!  She loves each one equally and doesn't know the difference.

    Im not into the whole pillow pet thing but as far as knock offs id absolutely buy the knock off.
