When did u start meat babyfood?

Ok so i got conflicting info, pedi said we could start at 6 months actual an go from their so we just gave some meat the other day, the boys loved it.  but at the hospital dev. clinic today they said nbot to give meat until they are 8 months adjusted..so 2 months from now.  So when (whast adjusted age) did you start?  thanks

We started meat at 8 months actual ( 6 1/2 adjusted for us). We did not start solids with DD until she was 6 months actual and it took her a few weeks to get used to that. HTH!

We started meat around 9.5 months actual, 6 adjusted. He was probably ready earlier but it felt too early to me. He did great with the meat when we did finally start! His feeding has gone more by his actual age than his adjusted age.
