I had it w/ DS. It sucks to want to sit/sleep and have to constantly move because it almost hurts. I never took anything for it, but there must be some PG-induced restless leg syndrome.
Yeah you can get it later in pregnancy. Nothing to really do for it. I think if you google it baby center or something like that has ways to help but none of them helped me.
I also had restless arm syndrome with her. Freaking ridiculous. And not as common as RLS but still can happen. And unfortunately, there isn't much you can do for it.
(I ate mostly carbs with Cam. With Joey, I ate mostly protein/bananas and never had the issue with him. Might be just hogwash coincidence but it's worth a shot)!
Yep, it's PG related. I had it with DS1 and again, only twenty times worse, with DS2. I couldn't sleep at night, it was so miserable. One of those things you don't wish on even your enemy. I distinctly remember breaking down into tears one night b/c I was so tired and it just wouldn't stop.
Side note: one of my meds for my back now gives me restless ARMS if I take it within 4 hours of going to bed.
ETA: eating a banana before bed can help supposedly, but all the things I ever read online to help with it never worked for me
